These are trivial programms. dtou replaces 'cr-lf' sequences by 'lf's, and removes an ^Z at the end of the file, if one exists. utod replaces 'lf's by 'cr-lf's and nothing else. I don't have the time now to write them down, but both shouldn't be longer than about 5 to 10 lines. The output file should keep it's modification date, but in first approximation you could leave that out. Filename globbing is done for you by the C-library.
