This is djgpp's 1.12.maint3, the third maintainance release of djgpp
1.12.  Djgpp is a port of gcc to the MS-DOS/386+ environment, with all
needed development tools.  This maintainence release fixes a few bugs,
such as dosmem*() core dumping and edebug disassembly errors.
