I had to get one for a port of the NN newsreader to DV/X+DJGPP that
I did some time ago. Found one on Simtel that worked well with DJGPP.
You can pick it up from oak.oakland.edu:/Simtel/msdos/screen/termcap.zip

As I recall, it only needed one minor fix: The implementation of
tgoto() had the column-numbers off by one (starting with 0 instead
of one).
