Thank you dj for your answer!  The problem is that I have never done the
things that you suggest, so now I have more questions.

How do I set dmpi mode?

How do I lock down all my pages?

How do I disable interrupts?

Does someone have some sample code that performs the above?  I could figure it
out from that I hope.
