I've finally gotten to the point in programming where I feel I need to
use a debugger. But when I try to run gdb or gdb-dpmi I get the
following errors:

DPMI: Not enough memory (0x900f0000 bytes).
I'm running gcc and gdb in a dos box under windows 3.1 and I have
plenty of memory (20 MB RAM). Did I set something up incorrectly?
The same thing happens if I use EDB32.
Thanks in advance for your help
