There are several versions of oemacs.
BTW the name comes from dOs - and the `DŽ from Dos was already used by demacs.
None of them is running within original MS-Windows.
But at least one of them runs with desqview/x - a commercial x-server,
that in turn runs within MS-Windows.
But I heard it's not that cheap,
and I did not hear about an evaluation version of it.
