Subject:	TV4GCC without debug

I tried to compile TV4GCC without the DEBUG_LOG switch and it worked.
However if I run MAKE even with that switch on, it crashes. For anyone
who tried this I suggest to run MAKE -n>comp.bat then run comp.bat.
