I also downloaded djdev112.zip from oak, and I have it:

Why are you looking for tconfig.h and machmode.h?  Do you want the
libgcc *sources*?  If you do, you should look in djlsr112.zip file,
they are in the directory libsrc/gcc/src/ there.
