What you've posted is an excerpt from the file 00_index.txt
which can be found in the djgpp directory of any SimTel mirror.
The problem with this list is that it doesn't give a hint about
what files are required and what are optional, and also what
features require what optional files to be downloaded. That's
what bugs most newcomers to djgpp. The README.* files include
some guidelines on the latter, but they are a bit incomplete,
and IMHO should be updated. The list which I posted should be
the recommendation to anybody who wants to have the ``usual''
features plus a decent development environment. In particular,
the docs and the Info reader are frequently omitted by many
people who then complain there is no documentation.
