	How is profiling accomplished with djgpp?  In my UNIX system, the -p
option, coupled with a post-execution "prof <progname>" does the trick.  I've
tried that with djgpp, however, and I get the message:
	d:/gcc/bin/ld.exe: Can't open mcrt0.o
Is it possible to achieve profiling with djgpp?
