Are there multiple video pages under libgrx?  If I should use modex or just
plain ol mode 13 (320x200) I should be able to fill subsequent memory 
addresses (768k) with data, and swap it in and out with the first page?  Is
this supported in libgrx?  I have seen nothing mentioning this in the doc.
Is there a comprehensive doc on libgrx, I only have a small .ps file.
