OK, point taken. Let's just leave it at this:
1) With the last flurry of changes, the time-routines in DJGPP work the
way they should.
2) Users should either set a full TZ specification, or use the zoneinfo
files.
3) Programmers distributing DJGPP compiled programs should be aware of
these problems, and make sure the users are too.
