Unzip into an empty directory; it's not in the usual djgpp layout.

This is a stripped-down version of libg++-2.6.0.tar.gz, built with gcc
2.6.0 -O2.  Headers are in with the sources.

Please test this for all the usual dos-is-different cases, and if it's
good enough (or at least, better than libgplus-2.5.0) then I'll
replace the old libg++ with this one in 1.12.

Thos of you who *do* test it, if you could let me know by Monday how
it went I'd appreciate it.
