Subject:	1.12 prerelease is available

I've uploaded the binaries for 1.12 for testing.  Based on the
seriousness of bugs found in these binaries, these may or may not be
the same as what is actually shipped as 1.12, so these are version
"1.12.special1".  Please test these to make sure there aren't any
serious problems with this (like profiling in 1.09 and graphics in
1.10).  Since it took me so long to get this out (network problems),
I'll fix reported bugs through the weekend and shoot for a release
next week.

Note that the C++ libraries are still 2.5.0, as I couldn't get 2.6.0
to compile.  Maybe next version.

Please do not redistribute these at all, even to other FTP sites.

This version of djgpp is a PARTIAL TEST release.  It has been coded as
"1.12.special1" to discourage redistributing it.  Its purpose is to
be tested as a potential 1.12 release.

There are no sources or documentation here, even though this is FSF
code.  If this bothers you, don't download these files.  The official
release will have sources, and I have the sources for these, but
they're 24 Mb.

You may only download these files if you are going to test them in the
next few days, and are willing to delete them when the official
release is available.
