list who do, and they could probably help you better than I could.

This should be possible. There should already be a mechanism for
calling C routines from FORTRAN as part of F2C.

Your should be able to compile F2C with TC or MSC... but it's
probably already been done. You may want to look around for it. I think
you'll have to use F2C for BC to generate code for BC, etc. The the
XXXX.c program generated will depend on a .LIB or .A library which is
part of the F2C distribution. I could be way off on this, but if memory
serves me, F2C comes with a library, and the generated XXXX.c code make
calls to that library.
