Subject:	Utilities for GRX

Hi all,

I've written a short utility for unpacking PCX-Files (2,16 and 256 Colors)
into an GrContext. At the moment it's used as an previewer for PCX
(displays PCX centered at the screen), but you can use it for display of a
background in your application as well. 

Enhancements planned are:

  * Integer Zoom/Compression of GrContext
  * Conversion from Color into Gray-Scale
  * Conversion from an GrContext into a PCX-File
  * Rotation in multiples of 90 Degree
  * Mirroring
  * Shrinking to the smallest rectangular outline (for scanned Drawings)

I also plan to build utilities for hardcopy of an GrContext to a printer or
file. I'll do PCL-output for HP-Series and maybe EPSON-Code too.
