There's some "strangeness" in the djgcc header files (are they supposed
to be posix compliant when possible?

Anyway, I installed Gray Watson's malloc debug package
(minor changes for djgcc, get it from:
	ANTAIRE REPOSITORY:

	Currently, you can get the newest versions of the malloc_dbg library

	from anonymous ftp via ftp.antaire.com in the /antaire/src/malloc_dbg
	directory.

Get the newer one instead of version 1.2 posted to comp.sources.unix (its now
up to 2.1 -- its really nice...)

Anyway, it defines malloc at times...and includes std.h which 
defines all tops of stuff...

unistd.h includes fcntl.h...
