No, the version number applies to go32 and libc.a. Gcc's version
number *is* 2.5.7, which applies to (cc1 cpp cc1plus gcc) etc. Each
FSF package is numbered according to the FSF's version number, as they
can change asyncronously with djgpp. That's why the new stubs have
version numbers in them - to make sure you get the right extender.
