Hi,
I'm just trying to install djgpp on my dos machine now. I followed the steps
in the readme.1st file accurately. I successfully compiled a simple C
program but could not do the same with a C++ program. Specifically, the
compiler doesn't find the location of <iostream.h>.
This file is located in c:\djgpp\cplusinc. Checked!
When trying to compile with the '-v' option I got the following output:
c:\djgpp\samples>cpp -v test.cc
GNU CPP version 2.5.7 (...
#include "..." search start here:
#include <...> search start here:
c:/djgpp/include
/usr/local/include
/usr/local/go32/include
/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/go32/2.5.7/include
/usr/include
End of search list.
test.cc:1: iostream.h: file not found
My autoexec.bat includes the lines:
set path=......;c:\djgpp\bin
call c:\djgpp\bin\setdjgpp c:\djgpp c:/djgpp
Can anybody help find the problem? How does it find the header files for C but
not the header files for C++ ?
thanks.
