Subject:	only 256KB VCPI memory

I'm running go32 1.11 maint4 on a 386/35 with 8 MB
HIMEM.SYS, EMM386.EXE ram /frame=e000 and I'm wondering
why I get

VCPI memory available: 256KB

from invoking go32.

I have a 2MB smartdrv, so I would expect at least 5MB of VCPI memory.
