For djgpp, I'm taking a much more severe tack. For V2.0, I wrote my
own 16-bit assembler to assemble the stub/loader with, and moved
nearly all of go32 into 32-bit land. No more Borland at all.
Of course, for the near future this also means that DPMI is required,
but we can work on that later . . . CWS already has a DPMI host based
on a mutated go32.
