The original licence agreement for Borland C 4.0 said that you
couldn't use it to create products that compete with any Borland
product, but that condition has been rescinded (mainly because people
would simply use a competitor's compiler). Besides, Borland C 4.0
doesn't support 32 bit DOS apps (I checked into every compiler I could
find for my current project).
