Has anyone out there successfully compiled the PICO editor with djgpp?
There's a os-dos.c and os-dos.h included in the distribution (as well as a
Microsoft C makefile, from which I stole the C flags that seemed relevant)
but the compilation dies relatively quickly. Sorry, I'm writing this from
work so I don't have the exact messages; I believe they were missing
include files -- pretty obvious since this thing assumes you have MSC.
I also tried using the SV4 makefile and the os-unix.*, but those wouldn't
compile either. (I'm assuming SV4 is the environment djgpp comes closest
to, if I'm wrong about this, please correct me, *quietly* :-) ). I
couldn't really hack into the code, because I'm not really a programmer,
just a "program-builder" who wants a powerful but simple DOS text editor.
(And don't suggest Aurora, please!)
