The safest way to do interrupts is to use the DPMI services in <dpmi.h>. You fill in a DPMI register struct and pass it to _go32_dpmi_simulate_interrupt(). If you need to pass data, allocate some dos memory and fill in the seg/ofs registers in the reg struct to point to it. See samples/dpmi/* for some examples.
