Let's not scare the newbies away from the idea of newsgroups. Let's rather
explain to them that they stand to *gain*, not lose. Many knowledgeable
people will notice the new djgpp group in their newsreader and start reading
it, to the profit of all, subscribers of the mailing list and newsgroups
alike. There will not be anything taken away from the mailing list if it is
properly cross-gated.
