Subject:	GR(X) device for GhostScript

I don't think this has been done, or at least I haven't noticed an
announcement.  However, it would not save very much space, because the
PC-related screen drivers divide into about 4 classes, all of which
internally share about 90% of the code and across the groups they
share about 30-50% of the code.  This code is not all that large in
any case.
    It might be worth doing for efficiency reasons, however, I expect
that the PC code has been pretty well tuned by now.
