That's exactly what I did before sending a report to djgpp-request.  The
above directory contains the archives of the djgpp and djgpp-announce lists.
One expects at least a few unsubscribe messages to come through every day, so
if the time stamp on the list archives is even a day behind current time, and
it isn't Christmas vacation or something, there's probably something wrong.
Apparently the listserve software is so fragile that it can be killed by
a subscription request.
