No, unless you reconfigure gcc and as to do so.  I'm currently working
on a dynamic loading package (in alpha) for djgpp's coff format.  It
won't be GPL so it can be used in commercial software, which is why I
never ported dld.

When it's ready for general testing I'll post to this mailing list.
