With 1.11 the vesa.grn driver is no longer needed. The built-in VESA driver
has some flaws, but it usually works. The big advantage of new builtin driver
is that it has no problems with bank switching (doing it in real mode).
Warning: the binary interface of new driver is different from that of vesa.grn,
so the library GRM doesn't work with 1.11. If there is anyone using GRM lib,
I can upload the modified version anywhere you want (and allow me to).
The problem with new driver is that it incorrectly calculates memory size.
This is caused by VESA BIOS function returning wrong info on most of VESA
cards, and driver not being smart enough to overcome it properly.
Dear Csaba - please do something with it or decide if you want me to do this :-)
