    You have a global function named "ng"
>       int     ng(PunktGruppe gb);     /* # of elements of group gb */
and a local variable "ng" in main().
>       int    n, na, nb, ng;
 
The compiler is confusing the two.  Just rename one of them, and
the program will compile.
