Use the memory access requests in <dpmi.h> and <go32.h>

You can have page_out in go32/paging.c return an error always, which
will cause your application to abort if it tries to page, and have the
disk stats return zero blocks (go32/dalloc.c?) to cause malloc() to
return NULL, but this won't help in DPMI mode, since go32 isn't in
charge.
