Subject:	network programming with dj-gcc?

Has anyone used DJ's gcc to do network programming? Is there a socket
library (from FTP Software, or DesqView perhaps?) or at worst, a way
of talking to Packet Drivers directly?

I'm curious about anything from development projects using it, all the
way down to rumours of stuff others are doing :-) I'll summarize what
I get (unless requested not to.)
