	Congruent already has gcc etc. running under NT native. There
probably isn't much call to fix this ... BUT ... it would make MY life
easier if we figgered out how to run the MS-DOS dj-toolchain under NT
so I didn't have to restart to test things at work!!! So in my copious
spare time, I may take a look at this if Charles-san doesn't figger
it out before, say, February.
