Hi,
Sorry to burden the list, but we finally got the Eiffel compiler for this
semesters' project, that is required. This is Eiffel/S, from "SIG Computer
GmbH, Germany" and is a front end that supposedly produces various versions of
c++, with djgpp/dos being one of them. When I install it, and try to compile
the example, I get the following output from the link phase:
OS12.o(.text+9a): undefined reference to `_getcwd2'
OS12.o(.text+50): undefined reference to `_getdrive'
OS12.o(.text+48): undefined reference to `_chdrive'
OS12.o(.text+4): undefined reference to `_getdrive'
I can not find these symbols in the current djgpp port (1.10) that I am
using. Any advice would be appeciated! If I can't can't any guidance, I will
have to go to egghead and buy borland for big $$ to complete the course.
(of course egghead won't refund if it doesn't work, as of recent, but thats
another subject)
Thanks!
Mark M.
PS. The reason not to bitch directly at the program authors is that they
are in Germany, and only list a partial surface mail address. The Eiffel
choice was made by "the university". . .
