Due to bugs in the NT DPMI provider, a special GO32 is required :-(

As Chris noted, there may be some bugs (I don't use NT that often) but
if you tell me about them maybe I can fix them.

Someday I hope to integrate the NT code into a single GO32 if MS can't
fix the DPMI bugs
