Subject:	Missing CC1PLUS.EXE

I recently ftp'ed the archives for DJ's port of Gcc. After installing the
minimum zip's; DJGCC222.ZIP, DJGASxxx.ZIP, DJDEV108.ZIP, I tried to compile
one of the sample programs (grtask) only to be told that the CC1PLUS.EXE
file was missing. Going back to my archiver, The Index toldme that this
file should be in the DJGCC222.ZIP and it isn't.

Can anyone give me advice, or do I have to get all the zip's again?
