Subject:	Compiling gcc

After several weeks I am still unable to get GCC 2.4.5 compiled on my
DOS box under djgpp. Well, I do not spend all of my time on these efforts,
but after several trials I simply gave up.
 Considering the fact I usually get the newest GCC compiled on my UNIX systems,
this will not be very difficult for most of DJGPPers working also with UNIX machines to compile GCC also for djgpp, if we only get the instruction from someone
who does it on regular basis.
About a month ago I asked for such instruction, but received no answer other
than there are more people who would like to do the same.
If there is anyone who knows how to get a new GCC compiled under DJGPP, please
provide me and the rest of djgppers with such detailed instruction, including
listing of all the software we need to compile GCC (I know that at least
a good make and working sed is necessary).
It would be nice to include such document with DJGPP distribution.
Getting the GCC, unpacking it, running configur.bat and then make is certainly
not enough... - the compilation breaks with some mysterious messages about missing files.
