| Subject: | Makefile for gzip-1.2.3 |
Hello, I want to *make* gzip-1.2.3 on a 486-PC with MS-DOS and gcc 2.4.1, but no makefile is delivered for that purpose, but only makefiles for MS-C, Borland C, Amiga gcc, atari, vms gcc, makefile.in and configure (which doesn't work on MS-DOS). Did anyone solve this problem? I'm afraid to destroy something if I only do a gcc -O -c *.c\n gcc -o gzip gzip.o *.o\n. Thank you. Martin Haltmayer (haltmayer AT uni-augsburg DOT de)
