When I build the Oreilly Vol4 (Xt) examples with DVX and DJGPP I get
the message : 

    Error : Unable to load any useable ISO8859-1 font

when running the programs (e.g ch02 xhello,xgoodbye,xfarewel,...).
Similar examples from the Oreilly Vol4M book, built under 
Motif run without error.  What is the problem ?
