I'm trying to put together a demostration (dog and pony show) showing
off DVX. I have it at home, the people around here only know of
Windose but we will be getting new hardware and software using
X-Windows starting later this year. What I'm trying to show them is
buying Windows applications for SSS isn't as smart as acquiring
public domain X-apps that have been ported to DOS/DVX. As I don't
have ftp (and ftpmail isn't working because of one of the many layers
of conversion from Internet to X.400 to Data General isn't working)
I'd like to make some arrangements to get some/any of the
applications that the users of this list are willing and can share.
Since this demo would be for US Forest Service people the best
applications would be GIS, Remote Sensing/Imaging, or natural
resource related. I am willing to supply postage, diskettes and
mailers.
Of course 2 minutes after I send this out I'll hear from
Colorado SuperNet and be able to ftp, but I still need to know of
what is available.
Thanks for any help,
