Subject:	Missing linker in gcc241bn.zip?

I just downloaded gcc241bn.zip (among other files) and there does
not seem to be a "ld.exe" file in there.  I got the file dated
June 1st and the file size was 1593926 which is the same as in 
the readme file listings so I don't think that is the problem.
Am I being dense here?  Any help would be appreciated.
