I beleive Mike Castle sorted this one out when he ported DLD to DJGPP.
For details see his file DLD323.ZIP which when I last looked was on
ftp.math.niu.edu in pub/msdos/djgpp.stuff/contrib.

Mike patched aout.h to include the extra #define.
