My understanding is that QDPMI only supports DPMI 0.9. However, I can't
imagine it would be hard for them (QOS) to support 1.0. Incidentally,
does anyone know what level of DPMI 386MAX supports?
GO32 will, eventually, become DPMI 1.0 compatible. Although I have
nothing to contribute to make it so, I feel the pressure of the
marketplace is going to force this to happen eventually. When this
happens, GO32 will become compatible with OS/2 and (when QOS does the
move suggested in the paragraph prior) with QEMM/QDPMI.
Unfortunately, the Windoze crybabies will still be out of luck as
Windoze is only DPMI 0.9 compatible, and I have seen nothing that
indicates this is likely to change.
