Should I still produce one more fix release of the 1.0x series before
going on to 2.0?  I think so, and I'd like to collect the following
information for it:

* FAQ and other documentation changes.

* Test cases for stuff that worked previously and is broken in 1.09

* bugfixes for existing code

* minor functional additions (in diff -c3 format)

All submissions should assume a standard 1.09 area (I haven't changed
anything yet) and should be posted to djgpp so as to minimize the
repeats.

Major changes will be postponed until 2.0, and requests for such
should be part of the 2.0 thread (not this one).
