Subject:	demacs usage

Hello!

I'm trying to run demacs under dv/x, and finally have gotten
it working with the correct go32. However I've run into another
block with getting it going correctly. Is there a update to the
termcap file with an entry for a dv/x window? I'm running the
motif window manager and I get garbage which definitely looks
like an incorrect termcap database. However, I've tried every
entry in my termcap file, but without success.
