Yes, indeed. QOS has a Motif library and a development package. The
library itself is $125--$150, I forget exactly what they quoted me.
The development package is a lot more, say $750; you get a bunch of
programming systems with it plus lots of documentation; again, I
forget exactly.

I strongly suggest using the fax for initial contacts. One typically
gets transferred three or four times per call; you should find out who
you need to talk to and their direct extension before making
international calls.
