>Brilliant idea C'mon. I never had problems with a 2048 byte environment under DOS with the GCC + a lot of other variables and as Eric pointed out, you can set and unset them in a surround .bat file. I hate .CFG vagabonding around and really prefer the environment. That what it is for. Tweaking and bending gcc to some DOS gusto is out of any discussion for me. (flame off) --Chris
