Go32 (at least from 1.05 on) supports QEMM, 386MAX, and the EMM386.SYS
that comes with MS-DOS 5.00.  Basically, it supports any EMS emulator
that provides VCPI service, and the EMM386.SYS from MS-DOS 4.01 does
not.
