The 387 is hit with an FNINIT the first time you access it. It does not trap on "normal" exceptions - underflow, overflow, denormals, precision, etc. It does trap on invalid operation and stack over/underflow. You can reprogram it with standard 387 instructions if you like, but beware. Note that I don't think go32 itself uses floats except maybe in a few printfs. DJ dj AT ctron DOT com Life is a banana.
