    DJGPP 1.07 already is on math.utexas.edu, but
    in pub/dos/djgpp (not pub/msdos/djgpp).

We made a mistake when the directory was created but this has been corrected.
DJGPP is on math.utexas.edu:pub/msdos/djgpp.

There is on limitation, please try to access it outside business hours, ie
7 am - 7 pm US central time.
